COVID-19 Notice of Office Closure
March 16, 2020
As a valued patient, we appreciate the trust you place in us as a health care provider. We recognize the ongoing and increased uncertainty that the coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing around the world and our highest priority is the health and well-being of our patients and dental health providers.
As the situation in Ontario has evolved rapidly over the past few days, the regulatory College of Dentists (RCDSO) released the following statement yesterday:
The RCDSO strongly recommends that all non-essential and elective dental services should be suspended immediately. Emergency treatment should continue.
The College will revisit this recommendation in the first week of April. These factors, along with a spike in new cases and the call for effective social distancing, make it clear that bold action is required.
As a result, our office will be closed effective immediately until the College notifies its members otherwise. Should you have a dental emergency, please contact Dr Yim at (905) 510-0056.
Over the next few days, we will reach out to you to reschedule your appointments accordingly.
